JoinPal
Terms of service
Last updated:
These terms apply when you play JoinPal and when you buy digital items in it with Telegram Stars. By using JoinPal or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The service
JoinPal is a set of online games, such as chess, backgammon, checkers, tic-tac-toe, roulette and racing, that you play with friends or other players. Roulette uses virtual chips only: there is no real-money gambling. Coins and chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use JoinPal.
- Your account is for you alone. Keep access to it safe; you are responsible for what happens in it.
Fair play
Do not cheat (for example with engines, bots or several accounts), harass other players or abuse the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules and correct ratings or results affected by them.
Purchases with Telegram Stars
- Some digital items, such as boards, pieces and other cosmetic items, chess lessons Premium and game analysis, are sold for Telegram Stars. The price is shown in the app and on Telegram's payment screen before you pay.
- Telegram processes the payment; we never see your card details.
- An item is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. You receive the right to use it in JoinPal; it has no cash value and cannot be resold or transferred.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions, such as chess lessons Premium, renew every 30 days through Telegram Stars until you turn renewal off. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in Telegram; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Digital items are delivered right away, so purchases are final. If an item was not delivered, you were charged twice or something else went wrong, contact us within 30 days with the order number and we will deliver the item or refund your Stars. A refunded item is removed from your account. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.
Payment support
For any question about a payment, send /paysupport to our Telegram bot or write to support@joinpal.fun. Telegram support cannot help with purchases made in JoinPal.
Changes
We may change, add or remove games and items, and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If we permanently remove a paid item you still use, contact us and we will find a fair solution, such as a refund. JoinPal is provided as it is, and we are not liable for interruptions beyond what the law allows.
